Splunk is searching for a rockstar Field Marketing Manager to be a part of the EMEA TIPSA (Turkey, Israel, Poland, South Africa) growth journey, by planning and leading the execution of marketing programs, directly impacting the pipeline generation as well as strengthening our brand in the region. You have a demonstrated track record of managing and delivering marketing strategy and programs on time, and on budget. As we are a rapidly growing company, you will also be comfortable with changing priorities and responsibilities. Is it a match?
In this role, you will enjoy the best of two worlds with one foot in the TIPSA business team, and the other in the EMEA Marketing team. The role is strongly focused on our marketing success aligned to sales success; if you have a background in sales, that will definitely strengthen your case.
Keys to this position include understanding how to implement measurable and impactful marketing strategies, motivating teams for success, managing projects from idea and creation through implementation and follow-up, and having strong organizational and communication skills that allow you to communicate the value of your work to sales and marketing functions.

Base Pay Range
Poland
Base Pay: PLN 184,000.00 - 253,000.00 per year.
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
