Collaborate with and support multiple functions within Field Operations including: Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Sales Development, Marketing Campaigns, Field Marketing and Analytics
Maintain and monitor Salesloft, building cadences, ensuring a clean instance, and owning naming conventions, cadence settings and user permissions
Monitor SDR follow-up to inbound and event leads
Pull analytics, supporting post-campaign analyses with program owners to understand key learnings and share opportunities for optimization
Enable understanding of SDR activity and performance within the tool Salesloft
Help develop enablement plans and create documentation for SDRs to enhance their skills within and understanding of Salesloft
