Field Force Manager OTC
Your responsibilities
Strategy & transformation:
•Develop and execute sales strategy for assigned independent pharmacies, leveraging market opportunities
•Lead a strategic shift to elevate pharmacist education and advocacy of consumer healthcare brands
•Build and maintain high-performing and engaged team
•Own P&L (sales, profit, trade investments), ensuring financial targets are met while managing costs
Sales leadership:
•Develop & execute sales strategy for assigned independent pharmacies in order to deliver business objectives (sales, profit, market shares)
•Lead & oversee development of joint business plans and contracts with independent pharmacies
•Manage and monitor delivery of sales performance (net sales, profit), assigned trade investments, propose actions to mitigate risks
•Provide reliable customer forecast on monthly level, as well as regular updates on sales and trade spend
•Identify opportunities for growth by assessing market dynamics, customer and consumer needs
•Lead regular evaluations of promotional activities with the support of Trade Marketing and Business Analytics
•Ensure alignment with pharmacy chains team for effective execution of activations in pharmacies (education, visibility)
Sales Force Effectiveness:
•Optimize processes and monitor pharmacy sales team performance
•Design & manage territory alignment, segmentation and targeting to maximize coverage and efficiency
•Track KPIs, create & optimize dashboards
•Lead a strategic shift to elevate pharmacist education and advocacy, monitor effectiveness of pharmacist education and ensure continuous improvement
•Ensure excellent execution of pharmacist education and visibility in independent and chain pharmacies, with support of Expert Marketing Manager
Team Leadership
•Lead and develop a high-performing field force team, instill culture of growth, accountability and performance-focused results
•Recruit, train and coach team members, ensure quality onboarding
•Provide coaching to direct reports, create strong development plans for key members
•Manage performance on regular basis
•Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for effective cross-functional collaboration
