Field Force Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the field and key sales teams (Regional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Representatives, Training Managers, and promoters – approximately 150 people)
  • Overseeing and achieving sales goals with key business partners
  • Setting sales, marketing, and training objectives for the entire team
  • Budget management and reporting system oversight
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and BTL activities at the regional level
  • Collaborating with business partners and marketing agencies
  • Analyzing data and reporting to the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing
  • Designing and implementing new training content tailored to market needs
  • Monitoring competitor activities and adapting sales strategies accordingly

Our requirements

  • Higher education (preferably a Master’s degree)
  • Experience in a managerial position involving team leadership
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong focus on achieving goals and strategic thinking
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
