Achievements And Stimulating Challenges

As part of your role within OPAL-RT Poland’s new technical team you will have the chance to work with experts in the field of simulation and to design tools at the cutting edge of technology. One of your main responsibilities will be supporting clients in Central and Eastern Europe market. Your focus will be in advancing real‑time simulation and computing technology using CPUs, FPGAs and other emerging computing platforms for developing and testing innovative automation and control systems.

Main Tasks

• To discuss projects with customers and capture technical information
• To perform installation and commissioning of our market‑leading hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HiL) real‑time simulators as well as training at customer sites
• To execute development, customization and implementation of simulation systems
• To assist with the pre‑sales and marketing activities, including developing demos
• To support R&D activities
• To support our software and hardware tools for real‑time hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) applications, including debugging of hardware/software at system level

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
• Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (internships qualify)
• Strong knowledge of Matlab/Simulink
• Experience with OPAL‑RT, RTDS, dSPACE, National Instruments, Typhoon HiL or other real‑time simulation platforms
• Strong oral and written skills in Polish and English
