Responsibilities - Provide technical support and guidance for EM applications, including simulation, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to design and optimize EM simulations and measurements
- Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for clients and internal teams
- Assist in the development and testing of new EM application features and functionalities
- Analyze customer requirements and provide customized EM solutions to meet their specific needs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in EM/EMI/EMC engineering
- Document technical processes, user guides, and application notes for internal and external use
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and conferences to represent the company and showcase our EM solutions
Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Proven experience in electromagnetic (EM) simulation and application engineering
- Proficiency with EM simulation software such as CST, HFSS, COMSOL, Altair FEKO or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ is a plus
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to EM applications
- Fluent knowledge of the English and Polish language - a must
