We are looking for a person with artistic flair, passion for fashion and sports, who can combine creativity with technical precision. If you can create beautiful, original graphics and turn ideas into unique apparel designs - this role is for you!

Join the team to co-create collections of sports, casual and business apparel and gadgets for Sia, Polonia Warszawa and a new clothing brand.

This is a unique opportunity to create and develop a new fashion brand from scratch, combining sports, style and artistic design.

Your tasks

• Design of collections of clothing and gadgets (sports, casual, business), including creation of full graphic identity and technical documentation of products
• Development of original graphics, patterns and prints that give the clothes character and unique style
• Preparation of detailed technical documentation of products for production and suppliers
• Turning concepts into concrete visual designs and clothing forms
• Supervising the realization of projects – from prototype to final product
• Testing samples and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship
• Analyzing fashion and merchandising trends to create products that people want to wear
• Working with suppliers to select materials, printing techniques and finishes
• Taking care of the stylistic and aesthetic consistency of the Sii, Polonia Warszawa and Power People brands

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• Willingness to work ½ or ¼ time
• Exceptional artistic and graphic design skills – able to create beautiful, inspiring designs and graphics
• Advanced knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, etc.)
• Sense of aesthetics and knowledge of current fashion trends (sports, casual, business)
• Creativity and ability to work conceptually on designs and form of garments
• Knowledge of fabrics, technical materials and marking methods
• Ability to create product documentation and visualization
• Attention to detail, excellent work organization and punctuality
• Openness to cooperation, flexibility and positive attitude
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
