- Coordination of operational activities in the SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- Acting as a point of contact for Local Finance Organizations and the Central project team responsible for system implementation on various issues related to the implementation in GSC Operations.
- Communicating and networking with various stakeholders in the organization, ensure that tasks and objectives of operational teams within the project are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Supporting operational teams in change management and process transformation for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
- Coordinate and support the analysis of differences between "as-is" and "to-be" processes, promptly address issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Supporting the Data Cleansing initiative led by the central project team, coordinating data cleansing activities within GSC operations.
- Perform other coordination/support activities for various initiatives within the implementation project in GSC Operations (e.g. coordination of UAT - User Acceptance Test, coordination of trainings, etc.).
- Organize and lead internal meetings with operational teams, participate in workshops & meetings with central project team and customers.
- KPI & progress monitoring of GSC implementation preparation, reporting to management, taking proactive measures to ensure expected results.
Qualifications:
- Work experience in GSC (SSC)/BPO environment - min. 4 years.
- Project management experience or proven background in project work (implementations, transformations).
- Experience in process/project/change management.
- Ability to think independently, strong understanding of interdependencies between different processes.
- Good knowledge of accounting processes.
- Fluent in Excel, good knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
- Problem solving skills, excellent & effective communication skills, ability to build relationships between different stakeholders.
- Ability for public speaking, leading the meetings.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Good organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality tasks.
