As Factory Visit Coordinator/Organizer you will be responsible for:

• Factory visit organisation
  
  Be overall coordinator & ambassador of the DENV factory visits and get involved in every aspect of the factory visit flow to ensure our customers have a flawless journey from start to finish.
  
  Coordinate overall factory visits programme for all factories (number of visits/affiliate/factory).
  
  Organise quarterly status reporting.
  
  Maintain visitor data accuracy and gather feedback.
  
  Keep track of booked slots for reporting and pursue follow‑ups.
  
  Send out questionnaire after visitors have left.
  
  Ensure all correct customer data is available prior to their visit, including customer IDs.
• Budget management:
  
  Keep track of expenditures of the Yökoso project (maintain Excel to date).
  
  Follow up on invoicing, re‑invoicing and payments in a timely manner.
• Factory visit extension and tool implementation:
  
  Take active part in the implementation of the factory visit reservation tool to other factories.
  
  Coordinate the inclusion of additional factories in the Yökoso programme.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Enjoy giving support and sharing knowledge with people.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining open communication with peers.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are highly appreciated.
• Team player attitude.
