As Factory visit coordination / organiser you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Factory visit organisation
• Be overall coordinator & ambassador of the DENV factory visits, ensuring customers have a flawless journey from start to finish
• Coordinate the overall factory visits programme for all factories (number of visits/affiliate/factory)
• Organise quarterly status reporting
• Maintain visitor data accuracy and gather feedback
• Keep track of booked slots for reporting and pursue follow‑ups
• Send out questionnaire (made by Customer Experience Team) after visitors have left
• Ensure all correct customer data is available prior to their visit, including customer IDs
• Budget management: keep track of expenditures of the Yökoso project (keep Excel up to date)
• Follow‑up on invoicing, re‑invoicing and payments in a timely manner
• Factory visit extension
• Take active part in the implementation of the factory visit reservation tool at other factories
• Coordinate the inclusion of additional factories in the Yökoso programme

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree
• You have strong organisational & planning skills
• You get energy from giving support and sharing knowledge with people
• You can work independently & remotely while maintaining open communication with your peers
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal; any other language is highly appreciated
• Above all, you are a team player
