Hitachi Energy High Voltage - Business Solutions IT / OT Organization is seeking a Factory Site IT / OT Delivery Specialist for Przasnysz, Poland , who will provide overall service delivery to the site to drive value and business growth.

As Site IT / OT Service Delivery Specialist , you are responsible for building and providing specific IT Solutions/Services interfacing with the business, consulting with the Site BU leads, business application owners, and IT stakeholders on IT-related topics. This includes IT matters requiring physical intervention.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all IT infrastructure and applications are delivered to the site.
2. Manage Ticket Management and Escalations.
3. Support execution for factory or Hitachi Energy sites owned/managed assets and operational support of both office IT and shop floor IT/OT assets not supported by OSS techs.
4. Act as a key point of escalation and manage local business relationships for IT service performance.
5. Aggregate demand for new and improved IT services required by the business.
6. Lead site IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure service delivery processes and procedures meet organizational objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Act as a point of contact for IT suppliers and CDC teams for IT-related topics.
2. Ensure Ticket Management, Ticket Triage, and Escalation.
3. Provide Infrastructure support/delivery onsite.
4. Maintain governance and security onsite.
5. Collect and manage the demand business requirements for factory/office.
6. Provide first line support and governance for applications.
7. Ensure OT Asset IT/OT Cybersecurity operational management.
8. Respond first to Cybersecurity emergencies and operational tasks.
9. Ensure machine connectivity with network core switches.
10. Support kiosks, printers, conference rooms, vendor machines, CCTV/security systems, badging, and scanners for MES hardware support.
11. Manage specific applications and vendor coordination on software and network connectivity (PLC programming out of scope).
12. Ensure access to relevant applications for the factory or Hitachi Energy site.

Your Background:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or 10+ years of experience in Information Systems.
2. 5+ years prior experience in IT.
3. 2 years of experience in project management of complex global projects.
4. Experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping.
5. Experience with manufacturing operations methods, process, and change management is an advantage.
6. Experience in complex stakeholder scenarios, cross-functional problem solving, and an advanced understanding of IT procedures and policies, along with end-to-end business processes knowledge.
7. Flexibility to manage multiple shifts of IT resources in a factory environment.
8. Fluent English communication skills & good local language skills of the major country of responsibility.

Work Onsite to the site or factory you are assigned to full time.
