Your focus is on the efficient design and technical optimization of our product portfolio. Then apply now and become part of our management team at the Lodz location.**How you’ll make an impact:*** You design, implement and maintain an advanced configuration management.* You establish and manage the organizational structure of the department to ensure that the available resources are used efficiently. You always ensure that the delivery is on time and meets the requirements.* You push continuous improvement processes and can inspire your team for changes. Close cooperation with the adjacent areas such as product management, development, product marketing, quality, purchasing and production as well as key suppliers and service providers are self-evident for you.* As a competent contact person, you will support our customers and internal interfaces with technical clarification.* Your solution orientation and your analytical skills help you to continuously increase the efficiency of design processes.* Your area of responsibility also includes the planning, controlling and implementation of strategic projects as well as the implementation of new guidelines and specifications.* As an experienced manager, you set your employees clear goals based on the plant and global product group strategy and motivate them to achieve these goals.
