In this position, you will:
- oversee daily operations of both facilities, including buildings, grounds, utilities, and infrastructure systems,
- manage service contracts and vendors for facility-related services (e.g., HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, and waste disposal),
- coordinate facility improvements, expansions, and space utilization projects,
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment across both sites,
- develop and manage facility and maintenance budgets for both sites,
- identify opportunities for cost savings, energy efficiency improvements, and equipment lifecycle planning,
- participate in strategic planning related to facility layout changes, capital investments, and long-term growth,
- ensure operations comply with OSHA, EPA, local building codes, and fire/life safety regulations,
- support EHS programs in partnership with safety and operations personnel,
- support company-wide safety programs and emergency preparedness plans,
- coordinate and document inspections, permits, and regulatory compliance activities,
- lead the maintenance and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment, including: manual and automated welding machines, CNC and manual machining centers,
- supervise and support facility and maintenance personnel across Tulsa and Claremore sites,
- assign and oversee work orders, monitor task completion, and provide hands-on support as needed,
- manage vendor relationships, including negotiating service contracts and tracking performance.
Our requirements:
- 10+ years of facility or industrial maintenance management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment,
- hands-on mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills required,
- demonstrated experience maintaining and troubleshooting welding systems, CNC machinery, cranes, compressed air systems, and oil flushing equipment,
- proven ability to manage maintenance teams and multiple facility priorities effectively,
- strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC) and regulatory compliance,
- proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite,
- associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field,
- certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent.
