We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life‑saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. ?‍⚕? Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław was founded in August 2014 and unites accountants working for 16 European markets. We are a growing team of 300 people and expanding our operations.

Responsibilities

• Processing Fixed Assets requests and maintaining FA registering
• Investment status checking and activation of Fixed Assets performing
• Asset physical count supporting
• Period end close (monthly/quarterly) reporting—including input to legal package, depreciation execution and issue solving
• Supporting with CAPEX invoices
• Inventory accounting activities performing
• Posting prepayments and final invoices, bank guarantees
• Clearing vendor prepayment postings and checking open items list for payment run; effectively handling customer inquiries

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a financial/accounting SSC environment or similar
• Good knowledge of accounting processes, rules and principles
• Previous fixed asset accounting experience a plus
• SAP system knowledge a must
• Good English skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented skills
• Collaborative attitude and solution‑finding approach
• Team player, goal‑oriented, flexible
• Analytical mindset
• University degree in economics/finance with a major in accounting (required)
