EY Tech Bootcamp - Zespó SAP Supply Chain and Customer is a 3‑month paid internship that introduces candidates to the world of SAP ERP and offered experience with end‑to‑end supply chain and customer processes.

Program Details

The bootcamp consists of classroom training, live project exposure, and mentorship by experienced SAP consultants. Participants receive:

• Structured training covering configuration, integration, and data analytics.
• Opportunity to work on live SAP projects across global clients.
• Potential for continued engagement within EY after successful completion.

In the 3‑month program you will join a team that focuses on:

Supply Chain (Zarządzanie procesami sprzedaży, zakupów, magazynowymi, transportowymi)

• Configuring sales, purchasing and inventory processes in SD, MM, EWM and TM modules.
• Ensuring timely and error‑free fulfillment of sales and purchases.
• Optimising logistics to reduce delivery time and costs.

Asset & Service Management

• Designing solutions in Customer Service, S/4HANA CS/SD and SAP EAM.
• Developing processes that support asset maintenance and service management.
• Advising on latest SAP technologies for digital transformation.

Manufacturing, Planning & Quality Management

• Working with IBP, PP/DS, PP, QM modules to support planning and production.
• Ensuring smooth production aligned with schedules and resource utilisation.
• Helping firms adapt to changing demand in real time.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customers’ business needs and participate in workshops.
• Configure SAP according to requirements and prepare onboarding documentation.
• Set up logistics processes and integrate with finance and analytics modules.
• Execute solution testing across finance, production, warehouse, and external systems.
• Validate changes, prepare migration data and support end‑user workshops.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and architects for diverse consulting experience.
• Leverage EY AI tools and EYQ assistant during training and subsequent work.

Skills & Qualifications

• Enthusiastic learning attitude and readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking that extracts insights from diverse data.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in English (min. B2/C1) for daily communication with clients and global teams.
• University candidate in final year 1st cycle or 2nd cycle with at least 30 h capacity; or non‑student with relevant experience.
• Optional beneficial skills: experience with SAP modules, programming, database topics, ERP systems administration, project management, AI tools, MS Office/Visio/Project/Enterprise Architect.
