Program Overview

The bootcamp is a structured training program offering live, practical exposure to SAP technologies across global projects. You’ll learn configuration, analysis, testing, and documentation, guided by experienced consultants. Excellent candidates may be offered a full‑time position within EY Poland after completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business‑needs analysis and participate in client workshops.
• Configure SAP systems according to requirements and prepare implementation documentation.
• Design and integrate logistics processes with finance and analytics modules.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing of solution components, validate changes, and support data migration.
• Support workshop planning and delivery for end users; eventually facilitate training sessions.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, architects, and managers across multiple projects.
• Leverage EY’s AI tools to enhance analytics, data work, and innovation across projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Student of a final year of a bachelor’s program or second‑year master’s, or working professional with at least 30 hours available for learning.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English (B2/C1 minimum); Polish language a plus.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP (any module) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of programming, databases, ERP administration, project lifecycle, or AI‑based tools is welcome.
• Use of MS Office, Visio, Project, or Enterprise Architect is desirable.
