EY Tech Bootcamp is a 3‑month paid practicum that introduces you to the world’s most popular ERP system, SAP, and immerses you in the technology that drives global finance.

What the Program Covers

• Series of training sessions led by experienced EY consultants
• Hands‑on exposure to SAP configuration and real‑world projects
• Potential to stay on after the program if your skills and interests align
• Opportunities to choose among SAP FI, PMO, AMS, Data Analysis, Digital Innovation, and SAP SCC

Your Tasks in Practice

• Prepare requirement analyses and participate in client workshops
• Configure the system, produce implementation documentation, and validate changes during testing
• Assist in preparing user workshops and potentially lead training sessions in the future
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, architects, and managers to acquire diverse consulting experience
• Leverage EY’s AI tools (EYQ, EY.AI) to enhance data analysis and innovation

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic, responsible, and eager to learn
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with ability to derive conclusions from varied data sources
• Excellent communication skills and comfort building relationships in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level for daily client and cross‑country communication
• Graduate of university (I or II year) with at least 30 hrs available for study and practicum, or a working candidate seeking a transition into SAP consulting
• Optional – experience with SAP technology, programming, databases, ERP administration, project management, AI tools, or Microsoft Office/Visio/Project/Enterprise Architect
