Join our Polish team and help us achieve our goals as a Sales Representative. You will be the point of contact for existing and new customers. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and closing deals. If you possess strong negotiating and organizational skills, technical knowledge, and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Build excellent relationships with existing and new potential customers.
- Present our company’s portfolio effectively.
- Understand customer needs and provide the best solutions.
- Generate leads and negotiate deals to achieve goals.
- Travel throughout the sales territory.
- Penetrate the market, monitor, and analyze actual trends to find new opportunities.
- Cooperate with the internal team, sales channels, external suppliers, and third parties.
- Prepare accurate reports and quotations.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Requirements:
- Technical background.
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative.
- Knowledge of the belting market is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English or German, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Experience in SAP is highly advantageous.
- Good computer literacy, mainly experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure.
Skills and Abilities:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving license cat. B.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
