Join our Polish team and help us achieve our goals as a Sales Representative. You will be the point of contact for existing and new customers. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and closing deals. If you possess strong negotiating and organizational skills, technical knowledge, and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Build excellent relationships with existing and new potential customers.
  2. Present our company’s portfolio effectively.
  3. Understand customer needs and provide the best solutions.
  4. Generate leads and negotiate deals to achieve goals.
  5. Travel throughout the sales territory.
  6. Penetrate the market, monitor, and analyze actual trends to find new opportunities.
  7. Cooperate with the internal team, sales channels, external suppliers, and third parties.
  8. Prepare accurate reports and quotations.
  9. Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

Requirements:

  1. Technical background.
  2. At least 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative.
  3. Knowledge of the belting market is a strong advantage.
  4. Fluency in English or German, both written and spoken, is a must.
  5. Hands-on experience with CRM software.
  6. Experience in SAP is highly advantageous.
  7. Good computer literacy, mainly experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure.

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Driving license cat. B.
  3. Ability to work in a team.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
