Role Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our external sales activities within the logistics sector. You will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships across land, sea, and warehouse logistics solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Convert leads into confirmed business and close deals
- Proactively contact customers and conduct sales meetings (incl. cold calls and face‑to‑face meetings)
- Prepare quotations for land, sea, and warehouse (WH) solutions
- Develop long‑term, value‑based customer relationships
- Prepare bids and participate in tender processes
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Manage sales documentation and update all activities in CRM systems
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within logistics, forwarding, transportation, or contract logistics
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on results
- Customer‑oriented, pragmatic, and solution‑driven approach
- Ability to translate customer needs into effective commercial solutions
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Proactive, self‑motivated, flexible, and adaptable personality
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Experience working with CRM and sales tools
