As an External Applications Administrator, you will support external partner applications and manage documentation workflows, ensuring accurate data reporting and stakeholder coordination.
responsibilities :
Administer external applications (e.g., ICERTIS, retail dashboards)
Enter and archive documents; prepare agreements and annexes
Coordinate approval workflows internally and externally
Analyse offer-related data and prepare reports/presentations
Maintain offer dictionaries and validate dashboard data
Collaborate with Legal, Key Account Managers, and agencies
requirements-expected :
Advanced in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
At least 2 years of experience with document management systems
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Understanding of retail/e-commerce processes
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination
Advanced level of the English language
Fluent in Polish required
Residing in Poland required
