Export Specialist for Eastern Markets
Your responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic client relationships with professional cosmetics distributors and importers,
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive sales growth in designated export regions,
- Develop and present sales proposals, manage shipment coordination, and ensure prompt and accurate payment collection,
- Facilitate direct communication with producers and oversee inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency,
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets and performance goals,
- Design and execute promotional strategies tailored to export markets,
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance international product visibility and brand presence,
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports to senior management.
We require:
- A higher education degree, preferably in marketing or international relations,
- Experience as an Export Manager in FMCG; experience in the beauty industry is a big plus,
- Fluent English and Russian is essential,
- Strong results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure,
- Creativity and decisiveness in making business decisions,
- Willingness to travel frequently both domestically and internationally,
- Ability to handle stress and excellent organizational skills.
