Job Description

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies in the assigned region
• Maintaining relationships with key business partners and supporting their further development
• Acquiring new customers in the DIY, PROFI, and B2B channels
• Executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets
• Representing the company’s image and brands in line with the Decora strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience – preferably in the flooring and/or wall coverings industry
• Highly developed communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in sales within the DIY and/or PROFI channels
• Ability to analyze the market, work independently, and think strategically
• Very good command of MS Office
• Expected English proficiency at C1 level
• Dutch or German language skills are highly welcome.
