Responsibility for sales strategy, creating the sales process, and negotiating sales terms in the assigned region – the Balkans and Sub-Saharan Africa;
Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
Developing marketing strategies for specific markets and individual clients (in cooperation with the marketing department), as well as analyzing competitors’ activities;
Reviewing and verifying the commercial policy in the managed markets;
Responsibility for margin and cost budgets, including participation in their planning and settlement;
Building brand image, participating in trade fairs and industry events;
Creating bonus plans and incentive systems for clients, and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Our requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Customer orientation and ability to build long-term relationships;
Highly developed analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; results-driven mindset combined with strategic thinking ability;
Excellent command of English;
Initiative and proactive approach to work;
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
Willingness to travel frequently – minimum 1 week per month within the assigned region.
Experience working with the Sub-Saharan Africa region, including knowledge of local markets, business culture, and practices;
Experience in the cosmetics industry;
Knowledge of other languages such as French or Portuguese will be an asset.
