Are you a results-driven business developer with experience in international B2B sales? Do you have a strong understanding of export markets in the Middle East and the ability to drive growth in a dynamic industry?
We are looking for an Export Manager to spearhead business development efforts in the Middle Eastern market for a leading international company in dairy ingredients.

As Export Manager B2B – Middle East, you will play a key role in expanding market presence, forging strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the region. This position is heavily focused on business development—hunting for new clients, opening doors, and driving commercial success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies in the Middle East
- Identify and secure new B2B clients, distributors, and strategic partners
- Manage end-to-end export sales processes, from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams (R&D, supply chain, marketing) to tailor solutions to client needs
- Travel across the region for client meetings and industry events
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proven track record in export sales / B2B business development in food industry (preferably in food ingredients, or commodities - dairy, meet, fats, sugar,flour, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and cultural business practices
- Fluent in Polish & English (additional languages like Arabic or French would be a plus)
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic sales skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East
