A successful Export Manager for the DACH region should possess:
Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the FMCG industry (experience in the private label sector is a plus)
Excellent communication skills in both English and German
A proven track record in sales and business development
The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to travel as needed
