- • Achieve export sales targets and ensure implementation of sales plans within assigned markets.
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients across international markets.
- • Maintain regular contact with clients through meetings (including international business trips), presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- • Scale sales and strengthen cooperation with existing partners by identifying new needs, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
- • Define direction, select components, and provide recommendations in the development of private label and branded products.
- • Set clear short- and long-term goals and prepare action plans to achieve them.
- • Monitor sales performance, margins, trade conditions, and the profitability of cooperation.
- Developing Market Strategies:
- • Prepare strategies for entering and growing in new export markets.
- • Conduct market potential analyses, identify entry barriers, formal requirements, and distribution structures.
- • Present alternative market expansion scenarios to the Export Director and the Management Board.
- Offers and Negotiations:
- • Create and adapt commercial offers tailored to specific markets and partners.
- • Negotiate terms of cooperation, prices, payment conditions, Incoterms and minimum order quantities (MOQ).
- Internal Process Coordination:
- • Work closely with logistics, customer service, marketing, finance and production departments.
- • Ensure smooth and timely execution of export orders.
- • Resolve on going operational and customer service issues.
- Market and Competition Monitoring:
- • Track market trends and changes in assigned international markets.
- • Analyze competitors’ activities and report key developments, risks, and opportunities.
- Reporting and KPIs:
- • Regularly report sales performance and activities to management.
- • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare sales forecasts and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships.
Our requirements
- Master’s degree in economics, management or international trade (preferably from a Top 10 university according to Financial Times or Perspektywy rankings).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales or export (experience in FMCG, household chemicals or cosmetics preferred).
- Excellent command of at least two foreign languages, including English (C1/C2); knowledge of French, German, Spanish or Chinese is an advantage.
- Proven ability to independently plan and implement export strategies.
- Experience in market analysis and preparation of executive-level presentations.
- Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
