Export Coordinator represents the liaison between various market groups and works with international customers and carriers. Export Coordinator is responsible for the planning of the companys products, timely delivery of high-quality cargo to the markets, shuttle transport and correct financial accounting of transport services.
What are we looking for?
- Required higher education – Professional Degree in business or technical field (e.g., Logistics, Supply, Economy).
- Education in the field of logistics is welcome but not mandatory.
- English – free communication, conducting presentations, written statements and documents in the area related to the tasks performed; B2 and above level.
- Experience in the field of production planning and supply is welcome but not mandatory.
- Good computer skills – MS Office.
- Systems knowledge – SAP (ATLAS), TIM, Transwide is an advantage.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Planning, shipment organization and controlling of the correctness of deliveries of products to market warehouses.
- Manage in-house customs clearance.
- Participation in the UCS (Unit Complaint System) process via representing the Production Planning and Supply Division in handling complaints received from the UCS system (freight claims).
- Ensuring that cargo transportation from the company complies with local and international cargo transportation rules and exit documents – applicable requirements of state authorities.
- Responsible for the correct accounting of transport payments.
- Maintain and develop collaboration with service providers (carriers and warehouses) in Europe to continue improvement in logistic synergies where relevant.
- Participation in the process of quality holds and release of the finished product (Quality Hold & Release System) in accordance with the applicable procedures.
- Maintaining the level of exports of finished goods in factory warehouses at a fixed level.
- Drive total cost for FtW and S&H group of LCC through the DiB process, initiate COGS savings.
- Manage shipments quality with carriers in line with the global DQM process.
- Ensure supply of required volumes in time, manage supply base to needed demand volatility (minimizing the amount of CSL losses on the outbound side).
- Deliver agreed value of FG inventory level for export in factory and external warehouse and maintaining transport costs on efficient level, as well as proper cost allocation between factory and other markets/departments.
- Forecast and report supply chain development in order to manage business risk and exposure for cost and availability.
