Description

We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our sea freight department. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing less-than-container load (LCL) shipments for export, ensuring efficient and timely transportation. You will manage transport documentation, oversee compliance with international regulations, and maintain regular communication with clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

The Export Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the assigned tasks to achieve the ultimate goal – customer satisfaction.

1. Handling of LCL forwarding orders
2. Maintaining forwarding documentation
3. Building relationships with clients and contractors
4. Handling the transport and port system
5. Monitoring and organizing the supply chain
6. Correspondence with clients and other departments (in Polish and English)
7. Preparing sales offers and fulfilling orders

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Specialized education
• Min. 3 years of experience in sea freight forwarding, in LCL handling
• Good knowledge of English, spoken and written
• Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
• Good organization of own work
