- at least C1-level proficiency in English and Polish
Nice to have
- Securities registration specialist license (licencja specjalisty ewidencji PW)
- Broker license (licencja maklerska)
- Participation in CFA or CIIA programs
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Python
- Experience in team management

,[Maintaining the register of Polish securities in compliance with KDPW regulations, Reconciling data (transactions/balances) between XTB’s record-keeping system (Arise MBO) and the market, Identifying and resolving discrepancies and supervising the correct handling of corporate actions (e.g., dividend payments), Handling securities transfers between XTB and other institutions, Developing and automating operational processes, Creating dedicated IT tools to support operations, Contributing to the development of XTB’s record-keeping system (Arise MBO) – preparing requirements, testing, and implementation, Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Taxes, Data Warehouse, Risk, and Legal departments Requirements: KDPW Regulations, Back-office unit, Brokerage house, Securities Registration license, CFA, CIIA Programs, SQL, VBA, Python, Team management Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare.
