YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being responsible for process designs, program enhancements and correction of specifications for SAP processes in the SD/SCM environment.
• Controlling and managing IT service providers who provide support in the area of SAP SD/SCM.
• Managing and independently working on projects and sub-projects (e.g. SAP release upgrades).
• Managing the programming and support teams, reviewing their activities according to quality guidelines.
• Being contact person for the customer for all requirements and providing/organizing the solution in the area of sales and supply chain management.
• Ensuring documentation and implementation standards according to company’s specifications.
• Reviewing contracts from a technical point of view in cooperation with the purchasing team to ensure quality of all services.
• Regularly reviewing and auditing the process designs of service providers.
• Supporting the company’s Governance & Security team in SOX and ISO audits for IT matters.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Very good knowledge and expertise about SAP modules SD and MM incl. S4/TM in SAP R3/S4.
• Profound knowledge in the interface modules of logistics (CS, PS, APO) as well as FI/CO.
• Good knowledge of SAP Smartforms, Adobe PDF Forms, building of SAP-WORKFLOWs.
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP and understanding of the integration of third-party systems via EDI or RFC.
• In-depth knowledge of project methods and ITIL.
• University degree or comparable qualification proven by practical experience.
• Very good English skills written and spoken.
• Good communication skills, strong service-oriented mindset, team and solution thinking.
