We are seeking an Expert IT Analyst with a deep understanding of systems design, optimization, and infrastructure. This role is central to shaping the future of systems related to Transaction Monitoring, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure seamless alignment of business and technical requirements.

responsibilities :
Supporting the development of new Epics, Capabilities, Features, and Stories within the SAFe framework.
Facilitating the understanding and impact assessment of requirements (functional and non-functional), ensuring clarity from business to technology and vice versa.
Proactively engaging with stakeholders to continuously review and clarify requirements, ensuring they are fully understood.
Driving a transparent requirements process, ensuring clear documentation, easy access, and alignment with the development process.
Participating in defining high-level solution architecture and architectural roadmaps, translating them into actionable tasks for execution.
Ensuring alignment with technical standards and collaborating with Development Teams to guide solution implementation.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working with tools such as NetReveal, Quantexa, SWIFT CBM, Actimise, Mantas, or similar.
7+ years of experience in systems and data analysis within the financial services environment.
Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and communicating using tools like Confluence, Jira, etc.
Strong understanding of ETL, BI, Data Analytics, Data Modelling, BPMN, UML.
Formal qualifications like IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, PMI/PBA are an advantage.
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to lead, train, and coach other project members.
