For our client, one of the the largest bank having a strong market position in the Northern Europe region, we are looking for a specialist for the position of Expert IT Analyst.

The Group Compliance agenda is driven by regulatory requirements placed on company and theyre looking to enhance IT solutions supporting the various compliance processes and management reporting.

• Have strong business and technical background and great data analytical skills
• Have good requirement specification skills
• Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Are familiar with agile ways of working and methods
• Are proactive, structured, detail-oriented and quality driven

✔ Your experience and background:

• Have good requirement management skills including defining acceptance criteria (preferably using Gherkin syntax), Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, others.
• Have business and technical background and great analytical skills
• Being familiar with most popular requirement management standards (IIBA, IREB, etc,)
• Experience of using Jira and Confluence,
• Practical knowledge of Process Modelling and UML
• Practical knowledge of BPMN
• Communication skills, professional level of English
• Experience from analysing Compliance related business processes is an advantage
