Responsibilities:
Define and evolve data architecture to address business needs.
Design scalable, governed solutions using Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault 2.0, and Medallion Architecture.
Ensure consistency of data modeling standards across domains and teams.
Lead architectural decision-making in complex data integration and transformation scenarios.
Develop data models and semantic layers supporting analytics and reporting.
Act as architecture authority and drive alignment between business, IT, data engineering, and analytics teams.
Govern technology choices, platform standards, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
8+ years in Data & Analytics architecture or advanced data engineering roles.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data layer architectures.
Strong expertise in Dimensional Modeling (Kimball), Data Vault, Lakehouse/Medallion, and Power BI semantic modeling.
Deep understanding of DWH & Lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT patterns, data governance, metadata, and lineage.
Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation capabilities.
Ability to influence leadership and guide cross-functional engineering and analytics teams.
