Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist for our client, a leading logistics and transportation company that recently opened a new branch in Poland!

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in logistics? Are you fluent in Hungarian or Bulgarian and English ? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of customer accounts as well as active load carriers demand out of balance
• Resolve customer issues related to logistics and deliveries
• Support of and close cooperation with Sales Managers and Project Managers
• Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns
• Contacting and seeking new customers
• Creating offers, price adaptation
• Creating reports and analysis

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service/logistics/forwarding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian or Bulgarian and English
• Strong understanding of logistics principles and processes
• Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
