Your Role

• Work closely with our Cloud Infrastructure and Dev Ops team to support hand-offs and knowledge transfers from lower environments into the production space.
• Participate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure, including deployments of production and OS updates as needed.
• Work closely with application owners to ensure monitoring is scoped, accurate, and actionable for their application’s specific needs.
• Provide effective communication of projects and tasks within the Cloud Operations team and to organization stakeholders.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• 3+ years of experience with operational support of production workloads
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience in one or more environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with production IoT workloads (device and cloud)
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work with a range of teams and skill sets
• High level of motivation, dedication, initiative and self-starter
• Methodical approach to problem solving
• Ability to speak, to read and to write English
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GitHub, and GitHub actions
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation for both infrastructure and code
