We are looking for an Expert Business Analyst (BA) to join an ongoing project focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) for Mainframe applications. Project activities are already well underway and part of a larger Program. The role requires an Expert BA who can quickly understand their responsibilities without the need for significant onboarding.
As an Expert Business Analyst, you will play a key role in onboarding and collaborating with stakeholders from both Business and IT to ensure that the newly designed processes and solutions are well understood and adopted. You will become part of an already existing team, currently focusing on initiating project efforts across the organization, gathering and analyzing documentation, and engaging and supporting stakeholders throughout the project.
It is key that you have a collaborative mindset, an understanding of both Business and IT, and that you are able to support and challenge stakeholders at the same time. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to quickly understand the context in which the different stakeholders work, while aligning it with the required project deliverables.
Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and initiate project efforts.
Support and collaborate with Business and IT teams through interviews or workshops to identify and document as required for project deliverables.
Conduct analysis on gathered documentation to identify needs for further documentation.
2. Analysis of application and transaction access management:
Conduct analysis of access management and violations.
Engage with application and RACF SMEs, and propose suggestions for mitigations.
Facilitate the identification and remediation process for violations.
3. Project Support & Change Management:
Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes.
Support in training and transition activities for end-users.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digitalization projects, preferably within Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cyber security projects
Good understanding of mainframe applications, transactions and access management
Proven experience of process development
Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
