Expert Analytics & Financial Modelling Specialist - Remote
We are looking for a passionate data expert who can turn complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights. This fully remote role involves working with financial and investment data to support strategic decision-making, marketing mix modelling, and performance measurement. You will translate business requirements into analytics solutions, working closely with managers and stakeholders to deliver high-impact results.
What you will do:
Run investment choice simulations, support financial planning using ENSUM+ (Expert Net Sales Uplift Model), and provide actionable insights to local markets.
Consolidate insights from MMM and ENSUM+ across markets to guide central analyses and business-wide decision-making.
Audit and transform Expert-related datasets for analytics, ensuring reliable and accurate data.
Help move tracking data to centralized systems and support new analytics use cases requiring cross-system data integration.
Analyze KPIs against market share and sales data to provide insights for executive decision-making and investor relations.
Design and run test-and-learn experiments, improve predictive models, validate tools, and refine business planning assumptions.
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in financial modelling and investment simulations in marketing or commercial fields (e.g., funnel conversion, what-if, predictive, attribution, propensity modelling).
Expertise in marketing mix modelling (MMM) and advanced data analytics.
Skilled in data transformation, auditing, and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Power BI).
Experience with KPI reporting, sales data, and performance measurement.
Ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
Familiarity with enterprise data systems and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Excellent at translating business requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
English proficiency: B2+/C1.
Experience in healthcare is a plus but not required.
