Safran Aircraft Engines Research & Development Center (R&D) successfully undergoes further ramp-up of activities, diversification of responsibilities, development of strategy for cutting edge calculation cluster solution, investment in new software technology and many other.
To achieve our future aspirations, our Research & Development Center in Rzeszów establish expert development path by creating a line of subject matter experts in a field of aero-engine engineering.
Creation of expert line along with our objective for international recognition of the role will allow us to strengthen and further develop our aerodynamics & thermal engineering expertise.
In order to create and lead an internal, aerodynamics & thermal engineering center of competence (composed of above 80 stress analysts) we are looking for passionate aero engine expert with track record in solving complex technical problems, defining standards, mentoring, contributing to or managing the knowledge management system, participating or running technical reviews and mentoring different levels of engineering staff.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
➡Create and lead aerodynamics & thermal engineering competence center
➡Continuous improvement of team capabilities by providing technical expertise in the area of responsibility
➡Establish internal review process and chair the review panel at a reviewer position with authorisation for internal approval
➡Participation in international project reviews from concept to monitoring of engines in service phase
➡Further development of Knowledge Management System in the field of expertise
➡Definition of the standards (technical and/or QMS)
➡Analysis and implementation of market trends in support of new technologies development
➡Support long-term capability development roadmap

SAFRAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES POLAND based in Sędziszów Małopolski is a leading leader in the aviation industry market and one of the most dynamically developing companies from the Aviation Valley. The factory, which has been operating since 2017 and employs over 300 people, produces turbine blades for the LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines.
In 2023, together with the French branch of Safran Aircraft Engines, a Research and Development Center was established in Rzeszów. Over 250 engineers will be employed here. In the newly established office, engineers will deal with various types of simulations relating to components of the entire aircraft engine.
