As an Experiences Delivery Executive, you will be an integral part of The Travel Corporation, a global travel company with over a century of experience, operating more than 40 brands worldwide. You will be part of the Brands Experiences Delivery Department, ensuring that our guests enjoy seamless and memorable travel experiences. In this role, you will manage bookings, coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and Travel Directors, and oversee the delivery of Experiences Reservations across your assigned regions.
In this role, you will be at the heart of TTC’s mission to create exceptional travel experiences by maintaining high standards of service, timely communication, and efficient coordination to make every trip extraordinary.
You will be working on a rotating shift schedule, which includes:
Early shift: 08:00–16:30 UK time
Late shift: 09:30–18:00 UK time
Standard shift: 09:00–17:30 UK time
Shifts rotate within the team. This job may include evenings/weekends and carrying the emergency phone. During the high season (April–October), working on Saturdays may be required approximately once every 5 weeks.
This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required twice per week.
responsibilities :
Manage bookings and accounts for Experiences Reservations & Delivery across assigned regions and suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective and consistent communication.
Coordinate with the Reservations Delivery Supervisor, Travel Experiences team, and TD Support team to resolve discrepancies in dates and timings, providing the best possible alternatives.
Finalise Experiences bookings and deliver them to the TD Support Team (around 60 days before departure), ensuring updates through to the day of service.
Process online payments and pre-payments.
Liaise with internal teams (Experiences Contracting, Transport Non-Coaching Contracting, System Support, Travel Experiences, TD Support) to deliver outstanding services to our guests.
Create or amend contracts in our in-house system.
Communicate with Travel Directors before, during, and after trips to ensure smooth operations.
Support overseas sales offices with queries related to experiences reservations and departures.
Monitor new bookings and late cancellations that may affect experiences delivery.
Complete general administrative tasks (e.g., itinerary updates, voucher text updates).

Previous experience in the travel industry.
Strong background in reservations management.
Excellent English skills (B2/C1), both written and spoken – used daily in communication.
Relevant educational background in tourism, hospitality, or related fields.
Ability to attend the office twice per week.
