About The Role
Join Flex Wind, a growing company specializing in wind turbine installation across Europe.
As a Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll take part in complete turbine installation processes – from main installation to handover – ensuring each step meets the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical installation of onshore wind turbines.
- Participate in full installation cycles, including main installation and final handover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, manufacturer procedures, and site-specific requirements.
- Collaborate closely with team members, site managers, and project coordinators to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with multiple turbine platforms (Vestas, GE, Nordex, Siemens Gamesa, or others).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and installation manuals.
- Valid GWO BST certificates (or readiness to renew).
- Strong awareness of safety and quality standards.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
