What You’ll Do:

• Accelerate Growth — Expand your book with warm introductions to HNW and UHNW clients.
• Leverage Technology — Work smarter with AI-enabled CRM, paperless onboarding, and real-time portfolio reporting.
• Operate with Freedom — Maintain full independence while tapping into centralized operations and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Expertise — 5+ years as a financial advisor, wealth manager, private banker, or advisory team.
• Established Book — €5M+ AUM (or equivalent) and deep client relationships.
• HNW Experience — History of serving affluent or ultra-affluent clients.
• Global Mindset — Fluency in English; additional European languages welcome.
• Regulatory Ready — Eligible for practice in your market.
