Competence leadership: Own and evolve design standards, methodologies, and tools; coach and mentor designers across teams without direct line management.
Design strategy: Define and evolve the company-wide UX strategy and best practices; ensure consistency and innovation in all projects.
Presales & thought leadership: Act as a design authority in presales, workshops, and pitches; inspire clients with vision and future-proof solutions.
Capability building: Drive adoption of design methodologies, foster a design-driven culture, and strengthen Efigence’s reputation as a design authority.
Standards & tools: Introduce and maintain top-tier tools, processes, and guidelines to improve quality and delivery efficiency.
Internal expertise development: Contribute to shaping product design elements for Efigence’s proprietary solutions.
Innovation & future-proofing: Anticipate emerging trends in technology and customer experience (open banking, omnichannel, wealthtech, healthtech).
Cross-cultural UX expertise and advisory: Support international teams and clients by adapting UX approaches to diverse markets, including GCC.
Business development advisory: Partner with sales and consulting teams to position Efigence as a design excellence partner.
An expert and mentor – passionate about elevating design practices and enabling teams through knowledge, coaching, and guidance.
Experience in defining design systems, UX frameworks, and scaling design excellence across large organizations.
Excellent communication and influencing skills – confident with C- level executives , cross- functional teams , and clients .
Proven track record in financial services, with strong understanding of market dynamics .
Cross- cultural leadership experience – able to navigate diverse business and team cultures .
Strong focus on operational excellence and organizational improvement – you implement best practices that position the company as a trusted advisor .
10+ years in digital product design and delivery , incl . 3+ years in senior leadership roles .
Portfolio of high-impact UX/UI projects in financial services and complex enterprise environments. Experience working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.
Expertise in design processes , UX research , design systems , and product lifecycle management.
Experience with enterprise-level projects and global expansion (GCC markets preferred ).
Fluent English; willingness to travel ( approx . 10%).
A strategic leadership role with influence over the company’s direction, product portfolio, and UX standards.
