About the job

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant at Swarovski, you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders, delivering superior executive recruitment as an end-to-end service for senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles across all functions. Leveraging your expertise in headhunting and direct search methodologies, you will identify, attract, and engage top-tier executive or expert talent, ensuring a seamless, client-centric, and VIP experience for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

In this position, your responsibilities may include but are not limited tothe following:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for executive roles, ensuring smooth transitions from sourcing to offer.
  • Utilize advanced headhunting and direct search techniques to secure outstanding executive talent.
  • Develop forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to tailor support for each recruitment need.
  • Ensure a professional and engaging candidate journey throughout every phase of the process.
  • Manage external agency collaborations and associated procurement procedures as needed.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive recruitment or leadership hiring, ideally within international or multicultural environments; agency experience is a valuable asset.
  • Experience in recruiting for Commercial, Marketing, and Creative roles and a strong understanding of the diverse skill sets and industry-specific requirements is an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in headhunting and direct search methodologies.
  • Strong client-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly action-oriented and adept at operating at both strategic and tactical levels while fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proactive and innovative, with a creative approach to solving recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, and luxury is a valuable advantage.
