Introduction
The Executive Search team is an in-house recruitment function responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-level managerial talent that aligns with the Allegros strategic goals and culture. The team works on a daily basis with senior directors, VPs, and the Executive Team to provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for both the organization and the candidates.
We are looking for an experienced recruitment specialist who will be a part of the team with the mission to make it even more customer-centric and provide additional value regarding talent insights.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes including screening and selecting candidates for Senior Manager to VP roles, actively sourcing top talents on the market, conducting interviews, providing feedback, preparing offers, and conducting financial negotiations with candidates.
- Market Mappings: preparing detailed market mappings to understand the talent landscape and identify potential candidates within specific industry sectors.
- Stakeholder Updates: providing regular updates to internal stakeholders at the Director and Executive levels on the progress of recruitment activities, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.
- System Updates & Reporting: maintaining and updating the recruitment systems with accurate and current information on candidate status and recruitment activities. Generating reports and insights to navigate the recruitment pipeline and inform senior stakeholders, including the Executive Team.
- Cross-functional projects: working on process improvement projects for the Talent Acquisition Team and related cross-functional projects within the People & Culture department.
We are looking for people who:
- Bring 5+ years of experience in recruitment and a proven track record of filling Senior Manager and Director-level roles.
- Possess strong knowledge of the talent landscape of senior candidates across various industries; a passion for direct search would be an asset.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills in Polish and English, with the ability to simplify recruitment issues for diverse audiences.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical problem-solvers.
- Produce clear and functional documentation, prioritizing content over form.
What we offer:
- A hybrid work model with well-located offices (fully equipped kitchens and bicycle parking facilities) and excellent working tools (height-adjustable desks, interactive conference rooms).
- Annual bonus up to 10% of the annual salary gross (depending on your annual assessment and the companys results).
- A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan – you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
- English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
- Working in a team you can always count on — we have on board top-class specialists and experts in their areas of expertise.
- A high degree of autonomy in terms of organizing your team’s work; we encourage you to develop continuously and try out new things.
- Training budget and an internal educational platform, MindUp (including training courses on work organization, means of communication, motivation to work, and various technologies and subject-matter issues).
