The role

We’re looking for a bright, proactive person with a legal or related background to work closely with our CEO. You’ll help manage daily priorities, coordinate operations, and handle legal and organizational matters — gradually gaining full independence and ownership in your role.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CEO in daily operations, planning, and coordination.
• Manage communication, inbox, and calendar — set priorities and prepare materials.
• Review and draft contracts; organize legal and administrative documentation.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Streamline processes and ensure smooth information flow.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Law or a related field (required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, discretion, and reliability.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or DocuSign.
