The opportunity

We are looking for French-speaking candidates, who would like to perform various administrative tasks and drive the functioning of our internal teams.

Joining EY Global Delivery Services Poland, you will become a part of a very dynamic team with the possibility to make your mark.

Your key responsibilities

1. Calendar management (scheduling meetings, conference and video calls)
2. Preparing presentations and reports
3. Travel and Expenses arrangement for your directors
4. Understanding and recognizing the business needs of Senior Management representatives
5. Delivering the highest standard of support as a first point of contact

Skills and attributes for success

1. You are fluent in French language (C1 level)
2. You enjoy performing various administrative tasks
3. Excellent communications and organizational skills
4. You are very proactive and open-minded
5. You can work as an individual contributor and within a team

To qualify for the role, you must have

1. Excellent communications and organizational skills
2. Customer orientation

Ideally, you’ll also have

1. Professional experience in administrative support (1-3 years)
2. You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
