? Role Overview

• Seamless Operations: Be the trusted right-hand to the Plant Director, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Calendar Mastery: Coordinate and optimize schedules for meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
• Financial Support: Manage expenses, invoices, and documentation with precision.
• Engaging Presentations: Craft compelling presentations and concise reports for decision-making.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize company meetings from agenda setting to follow-ups.
• Process Improvement: Identify enhancements to boost efficiency in our dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications

• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and effective prioritization.

• Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
