Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable, and more connected world.

Why You Should Join

What’s this role about? This is not your typical Executive Assistant role. It’s a strategic partnership position at the centre of leadership and decision‑making in TE Connectivity’s Industrial Automation & Electrification division. You will act as an extension of two Vice Presidents, ensuring their priorities come to life through seamless organization, communication, and collaboration.

You’ll combine operational excellence with strategic insight – helping drive the rhythm of the business, elevate team performance, and foster a culture of synergy across the business. You’ll be part of a global, innovative, and purpose‑driven organization that values curiosity, courage, and collaboration.

If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy connecting people and ideas, and are energized by turning ideas into impactful results, this is your place.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Strategic Right Hand: Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and enable your leaders to focus on what truly matters. Assist in achieving goals through accountability board.
  • Leadership Calendar Ownership: Oversee the annual leadership calendar – business reviews, strategy sessions, internal communication touchpoints and talent development.
  • Meeting & Event Management: Orchestrate leadership meetings (virtual, hybrid and in‑person) – from agenda design and logistics to minutes and follow‑ups.
  • Presentation & Communication Excellence: Craft high‑quality, executive‑ready presentations, webcasts, newsletters and internal messages that inspire clarity and engagement.
  • Executive & Team Support: Manage travel, expenses, approvals, and inboxes with accuracy, discretion and a proactive mindset.
  • Leadership Team Integration: Actively participate in leadership team meetings – document decisions, track actions, and foster collaboration across functions.
  • Digital & AI Enablement: Leverage AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams) to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Office Leadership: Be the point of contact for executive visits and local operations – ensuring an environment where leadership can thrive.

What you bring

  • 5–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an international, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tool skills (Teams, SharePoint).
  • A natural connector – skilled at building relationships, fostering alignment and driving follow‑through.
  • Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Curiosity and openness to AI‑powered productivity tools.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
  • Project management knowledge.

What we offer

  • A dynamic and inclusive environment where your ideas matter.
  • Direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence outcomes.
  • Continuous learning, global exposure and career growth within TE Connectivity.
  • A company culture grounded in Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation and Teamwork.
  • Competitive salary package.
  • Performance‑based bonus plans.
  • Health and wellness incentives.
  • Employee stock purchase program.
  • Community outreach programs / charity events.
  • Employee resource groups.

Join TE Connectivity and help us shape a connected, sustainable future—one smart decision at a time.
