Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Board Members and performing administrative and operational tasks as requested;
  • Managing calendars;
  • Organising business trips;
  • Supporting the Management Board members in daily duties;
  • Managing the internal document flow process;
  • Allocating Management Board’s expenses in an internal system if necessary;
  • Acting as the point of contact for the Management Board Members;
  • Preparing presentations and all necessary documents if requested.

Our Requirements:

  • Proven and solid professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, or similar (at least 2 years in Administration);
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to act proactively and prioritise work;
  • Strong communication and results orientation skills;
  • Proficient level of English;
  • Discretion and confidentiality while managing sensitive company data and information.
