Executive Assistant

Are you a natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment? This role offers the perfect blend of executive support, project coordination and marketing administration. You’ll be at the heart of Advanced Wound Management International, helping drive initiatives forward and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be supporting three senior leaders across AWM International, managing their diaries, coordinating meetings and ensuring priorities are aligned across time zones. You’ll be the go-to person for onboarding new team members, organising travel, and keeping the business calendar up to date.

But this role goes far beyond traditional admin. You’ll be a key player in project management across AWM International, helping to plan and track initiatives, coordinate workshops, and manage a master project sheet that keeps everyone aligned. You’ll support go-to-market and transformation projects, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are engaged.

You’ll also contribute to sales and marketing campaigns, coordinating materials, managing translations, and supporting reporting and communications. You’ll help bring events and conferences to life, liaise with suppliers and ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.

You’ll be a confident self-starter who thrives on variety and takes pride in keeping things organised and moving forward. You’ll be comfortable working across time zones and juggling multiple priorities with a calm and proactive approach.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (minimum 3–5 years), ideally within a multinational organisation; experience as a Project Coordinator will be an asset;
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Solid understanding of basic project management and marketing principles, including timelines, stakeholder management and campaign tracking;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and conferencing tools;
  • Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken;
