YOUR TASKS
- Extensive calendar management.
- Timely, accurate and cost efficient accomplishment of given tasks and projects management activities.
- Handle expense entries and credit card reconciliation.
- Support in various projects: manage project related logistics including project numbers, resources, prices, descriptions, summaries and status.
- Related reports and presentations, Procurement support.
- General administration duties and ad-hoc requests as required.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Understanding of office administration
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
- Strong computer and Internet research skills
